Let's start the conversation!

Here's some more information for using del.icio.us -- something I hadn't thought about, but pointed out at Tim Lauer's session. Perhaps you are doing research for an upcoming lesson or project, and preselecting links for your students. You want to be sure to "tag" your links in your del.icio.us account using the same word. Then, when del.icio.us organizes by your tag, that becomes a unique web address. So, as I demonstrated, http://del.icio.us/cchausis/photography is a list of my favorites that have been tagged with "photography" -- so this could be links to a specific class, such as http://del.icio.us/yourname/WorldHistory, or a topic such as: http://del.icio.us/yourname/slavery -- wow!!

Watch out for Writely...

It appears that Google has acquired Writely. http://www.Writely.com is still in beta, and at some point it will be a full-fledged service. It will be interesting to see how Google serves it up. More to come ....
